Welcome to Alacient’s training and consulting portal. By registering as a customer, purchasing a membership, or attending a paid event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These govern your access to our services, content, and community.


1. Account Creation & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Unauthorized sharing of account access or content is strictly prohibited.

2. Membership Access & Usage

  • Memberships grant access to specific training modules, consulting resources, or event registrations based on the tier selected.
  • Access begins upon successful payment and may expire, renew, or upgrade based on your subscription.
  • Membership benefits may include downloadable resources, recordings, templates, or gated event access.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any content outside the platform.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other gateways through WooCommerce.
  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no gated content has been accessed or events attended.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

4. Event Participation

  • Event tickets are non-transferable and may be limited to specific membership tiers.
  • Registration closes 24 hours before the event start time unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for credit or rescheduling.
  • Alacient reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, templates, recordings, and branding are the intellectual property of Alacient.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any materials without written permission.
  • Use of our content is limited to personal or internal business purposes unless explicitly licensed.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your data is stored securely and used to deliver services, manage access, and improve your experience.
  • We may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Cloze CRM, Microsoft Teams, WooCommerce) to automate onboarding and engagement.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.
  • Upon termination, access to content, events, and membership benefits will be revoked.
  • You may request data export or account deletion by contacting support.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard alerts.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
